Accommodation conditions

• Check-in – 14:00 local time;
• Check-out – 12:00 local time;
• One child under 5 years old (inclusive) without an extra bed stays free of charge;
• If there are two children under 5 years old (inclusive) in the room, the surcharge for the second is 2000 UAH.
• Children from 6 to 18 years old (inclusive) – surcharge for an extra bed 2000 UAH/night.
• Accommodation from 18 years old - surcharge for an extra bed 2000 UAH/night;
• Each room can accommodate a maximum of a family of 2 adults and 2 children under 13 years old or 2 adults and 1 child from 14 to 18 years old;
• Room booking is considered guaranteed after making a prepayment of 100% of the cost of accommodation for the entire period (from May 1 to September 30, as well as on holidays); in the amount of the cost of 1 night of accommodation (October 1 - April 30);
• Early check-in and late check-out are paid in the amount of 50% of the confirmed rate for 1 night;
• Upon check-in, a refundable security deposit in the equivalent of UAH 4,200 per room must be paid at the reception;
• Upon check-in, an identification document must be provided for each guest (for children - a birth certificate or passport, ID card).
• Cancellation conditions: free of charge - if canceled no less than 3 days before check-in (October 1 - April 30), excluding holidays and promotional offers), in other cases - a penalty of 1 night of accommodation; and a penalty of 100% of the total booking cost (May 1-September 30 and on public holidays.

The accommodation price includes:

• Accommodation in a room of the selected category;
• Visit to the Terrace Beach Club - an outdoor terrace with a seawater pool and sun loungers (summer);
• Visit to the Fitness and SPA (hammam, sauna, jacuzzi and pool);
• Visit to the Oceanarium;
• 20% discount on visiting the dolphin show;
• 20% discount on swimming and diving with dolphins.
