Accommodation Terms and Conditions
- Check-in - 14:00 local time;
- Check-out 12:00 a.m. local time;
- One child under 5 years old (inclusive) without extra bed stays free of charge.
- If there are two children under 5 years old (inclusive) in the room, then the surcharge for the 2-nd is 600 UAH / night (from October 1 to May 31) and 800 UAH/night (from June 1 to September 31)
- Children from 6 to 11 years old (inclusive) - additional payment for extra bed 600 UAH / night.
- Children from 12 to 17 years old (inclusive) - additional payment for extra bed 800 UAH / night.
- Accommodation from 18 years old - additional payment for extra bed 1000 UAH.
- Each room can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under 6 years old, or 2 adults and 1 child over 14 years old.
- Reservation of a room is considered guaranteed after making a prepayment of 100% of the total cost of living (from May 1 to September 30, as well as on holidays); in the amount of the cost of 1 night of accommodation (from October 1 to April 30).
- Early check-in and late check-out are charged at 50% of the confirmed room rate for 1 night.
- Upon arrival, it is necessary to pay a refundable security deposit in the equivalent of 4000 UAH at the reception for each number.
- Upon arrival, you must provide an identity document for each staying guest (for children - a birth certificate).
- Cancellation conditions: free of charge - in case of cancellation at least 3 days before arrival (from October 1 to April 30, excluding holidays), excluding holidays and promotional offers), in other cases - a penalty of 1 night stay; and a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the reservation (from May 1 to September 30 and on holidays).
